 Booking & Cancellation Policy

                      

Here at Pretty Kitty, keeping on time is important to me. Scheduling appointments makes my business run smoothly. Lateness, No-shows and last minute cancellations enormously disadvantage my business and other clients that are wanting to book an appointment. At Pretty Kitty I make bookings every 20 minutes. I run on a strict time schedule, so the next client does not have to wait around unnecessarily, so please arrive 5-10 minutes early to be on time for your appt. I will not be taking through late clients and your prepaid appointment will be lost. When you are late to your appointment,  I then run late, which is unfair to clients that are on time. My time has been allocated for you and only you. As I am a by appointment only salon I cannot fill these appointments at short notice.
 
I require 3 days notice for all cancellations. Three days before your appointment, a reminder text will be sent to you so you can confirm with a "YES" or "NO". If you confirm and then decide to cancel/reschedule or simply don’t show, you lose that prepaid appt. Once bookings are prepaid I. do not offer refunds if you change of mind.

No Children Policy

As a private suite and I have a lot of glass and breakables that is not safe for children. I ask that you don’t bring children with you when you visit Pretty Kitty, as I cannot be responsible for watching them during your appointment.
